EuroRegenMed ("EnRM", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit www.euroregenmed.com (the "Website") or register for and attend our events, including the International Conference on Orthobiologics.

Data you provide directly

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number, professional title, institution or practice name, and country, when you contact us, subscribe to updates, or register for an event.
  • Registration details: ticket type, dietary or accessibility requirements, and billing information provided during registration.
  • Professional information: medical specialty, qualifications, or licence details where required for participation in clinical sessions or accreditation purposes.
  • Correspondence: any information you include when contacting us by email or through the Website.

Data collected automatically

  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, device information, pages visited, and referral source, collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

Data collected at events

  • Attendance records, badge scans, and participation in workshops or sessions.
  • Photographs and video recordings taken at the event (see Section 6).

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your personal data.

4. Ticketing and third-party processors

Event registration and payment are handled by Humanitix (events.humanitix.com). When you purchase a ticket, your registration and payment data are processed by Humanitix under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review at humanitix.com/privacy-policy. We receive attendee registration details from Humanitix in order to organise and deliver the event.

We may also share data with service providers who support our operations, such as:

  • Website hosting (Webflow)
  • Email and communication providers
  • Accommodation partners, only where you request a booking referral
  • Accreditation bodies, where required for CME or similar certification

All processors act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

5. Sponsors and partners

We do not share attendee contact lists with sponsors or exhibitors without your consent. If badge scanning or lead capture is offered at the event, your details are only shared with a sponsor when you actively allow your badge to be scanned at their stand.

6. Photography and filming at events

Our events are professionally photographed and filmed for documentation, education, and promotion of future editions. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in general audience footage. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed identifiably, please inform our staff at the registration desk and we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this. You may also object at any time by contacting info@euroregenmed.com.

Clinical demonstrations involving patients are recorded and used only with the explicit, documented consent of the patients concerned.

7. How long we keep your data

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above:

  • Registration and attendance data: up to [3] years after the event, for follow-up, accreditation, and organising future editions.
  • Invoicing and accounting records: 7 years, as required by Belgian law.
  • Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
  • Enquiry correspondence: up to [2] years after resolution.

8. Cookies

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies. Essential cookies are required for the Website to function. Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed with your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time via the "Cookies Settings" link in the Website footer.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reliance on established, secure service providers.
