2.1. Registration for our events is handled through our ticketing partner Humanitix (events.humanitix.com). By purchasing a ticket, you also agree to Humanitix's terms of use and payment conditions.
2.2. Your registration is confirmed once full payment has been received and a confirmation has been issued.
2.3. Tickets are personal. Transfers to a colleague are permitted up to [14] days before the event by written request to info@euroregenmed.com. Resale of tickets for commercial purposes is not permitted.
2.4. Certain sessions, including hands-on workshops and clinical demonstrations, are intended for qualified medical professionals. We may require proof of professional qualification and reserve the right to restrict access to such sessions where appropriate.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All ticket prices are stated in euros and, unless otherwise indicated, include BTW.
3.2. Early-bird or promotional rates apply only within the stated period and cannot be applied retroactively.
4. Cancellation and refunds
4.1. Cancellations by the attendee must be submitted in writing to info@euroregenmed.com. The following applies:

4.2. You may nominate a replacement attendee at no cost as an alternative to cancellation, subject to clause 2.3.
4.3. Cancellation or changes by the organiser. We reserve the right to modify the programme, speakers, venue, or schedule where circumstances require. Such changes do not entitle attendees to a refund, provided the overall nature of the event is preserved. If the event is cancelled in full by us, registered attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price. We are not liable for any other costs incurred by attendees, including travel and accommodation.
4.4. Force majeure. If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to public health measures, natural disasters, or governmental restrictions), we may postpone the event or offer a credit for a future edition. Refunds in force majeure situations are limited to the ticket price.
5. Educational nature of the event; no medical advice
5.1. All lectures, workshops, live demonstrations, and materials presented at our events and on the Website are provided for professional educational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, treatment recommendations, or an endorsement of any specific product, device, or technique.
5.2. The views expressed by speakers and faculty are their own and do not necessarily reflect the views of EnRM.
5.3. Attendees remain solely responsible for their own clinical decisions and for ensuring that any techniques or products discussed are used in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards in their own jurisdiction.
5.4. Live patient treatments demonstrated at the event are performed by qualified physicians with the documented consent of the patients involved. Attendees may not photograph, record, or livestream clinical demonstrations.
6. Conduct at the event
6.1. Attendees are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards fellow attendees, faculty, patients, staff, and venue personnel.
6.2. We reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the event, any person who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner, without refund.
6.3. Recording (audio or video) of sessions is not permitted without prior written consent of the organiser.
7. Photography and filming
The event is photographed and filmed for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in general event footage. Details on how we handle this footage, and how to object, are set out in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual property
8.1. All content on the Website and all conference materials (presentations, syllabi, videos, branding) are protected by intellectual property rights belonging to EnRM, its faculty, or its licensors.
8.2. Conference materials are provided for the attendee's personal professional use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Liability
9.1. We organise our events with due care. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability towards attendees is limited to direct damages and capped at the amount of the ticket price paid.
9.2. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, travel or accommodation costs, or damages resulting from the application of information presented at the event.
9.3. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for damages caused by intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9.4. Attendees are responsible for their own belongings at the venue and are advised to arrange their own travel and cancellation insurance.
10. Website use
10.1. The Website and its content are provided "as is". While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all information (including programme details, speakers, and dates) is complete, current, or error-free.
